Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Act 2006
(AS AT 31 JANUARY 2022)
In 2022 the updated law covering park homeowners' rights and responsibilities was proclaimed, giving park home owners much greater security over lease tenure. PHOAWA was an important force in the push for the new Act and Regulations, and an active participant in the consultation process with Government.
